1. Use of Facilities

Access and Usage: Clients are granted access to our UX Lab for conducting user research activities such as user interviews, user testing, and other approved experiments.
Reservation: All facilities must be reserved in advance. We reserve the right to approve or deny reservations based on availability and suitability of the requested use.
Prohibited Activities: You may not use the lab for any illegal activities, or any activities that may damage the facilities or disrupt other clients.

2. Responsibilities of Clients

Compliance: Clients must comply with all lab policies, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by our staff.
Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own data and research materials. We are not liable for any data breaches or unauthorized access.
Cleanliness: Clients are expected to keep the lab clean and orderly. Any damages caused by negligence will be the responsibility of the client.
Equipment Use: Proper use of lab equipment is mandatory. Any damage or loss of equipment due to misuse will be charged to the client.

3. Payments and Cancellations

Fees: All usage fees must be paid in accordance with our pricing schedule. Payment terms will be outlined in your reservation confirmation.
Cancellations: Reservations can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

Data Protection: We adhere to strict data protection protocols. However, clients are responsible for the security of their own data and any personal information collected during research activities.
Third-Party Data: If your research involves third-party data, you must ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws and obtain necessary consents.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All research findings, data, and intellectual property generated during your use of the lab remain your property.
Non-Disclosure: We respect the confidentiality of your research and will not disclose any information without your explicit consent.

6. Liability and Indemnity

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our facilities.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the lab.

7. Termination

Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the lab for violations of these terms or any misconduct.
